Most of my formative years were spent in Guatemala. My parents were missionaries. My Central American adventures included monkey attacks, drive-by shootings and starting fires with the neighborhood friends. I survived it all.
Shortly after we moved back to the US in sixth grade, I discovered magic. I wanted to be a magician. I asked my brother to build me a website with his newly acquired HTML knowledge. He told me to build my own. Then he tossed me the book. I spent the summer learning web design and went to work with a local firm.
