Top 16 Blogs I’m Excited To Read In 2016

There is no shortage of content out there and I need a way to sift through it all.

I use feedly to keep up with all the blogs I read but it’s getting a little cluttered.

These are the blogs that I have made a priority to read in 2016 (in no particular order).

Carey Nieuwhof

Hard to pronounce last name but easy and fun to read posts!

This might be the one blog I am most excited to see in my feed!

Dan Reiland

One of the best books I read last year was Amplified Leadership. We even did a leadership video and staff workshop based off the book.

Dan is the executive pastor at 12Stone Church and posts about twice a week. I love that he focuses on developing other leaders.

Here are his top posts from 2015.

Mac Lake

I don’t think Mac sleeps. I think he stays awake for weeks at a time and just thinks about how to develop leaders and we reap all the benefits!

I first met Mac at a leadership training retreat hosted at Chick-fil-a HQ. Their cafe is one giant FREE restaurant! Yes, it was as amazing as you think it would be.

Mac led our church through creating a scalable, reproducible leadership development pipeline. That was 4 years ago and we still talk about that experience.

His blog is packed full of leadership development processes, strategies and insights.

He also uses Periscope like a boss! So follow him!

Here is one of his most recent posts.

Maybe a trend for becoming a great blog is having a crazy name.

I follow them on Facebook and click on just about everything I see from them!

Here a recent example of their great content.

It might be one of the best senior-pastor-only blogs I’ve read.
