Tim Parsons
I am a pastor, church leader, and teacher and I help other leaders, maximize their leadership potential…at work and at home!
I hold an M.A. degree from Liberty University in Christian Leadership and a B.S. degree from Ball State University in Business Management. I have worked in and held management/leadership positions in several different industries – hotel/hospitality, retail, production, higher education, and churches. I currently work for First Assembly Community Ministries as the Executive Pastor where I oversee finances, facilities, communication, and personnel and I am the Co-Founder of Church Leader Strategies – a company that provides coaching and resources for pastors and church leaders. I also blog with my wife over at www.timandconsuela.com where we write about marriage, parenting, and family.
