21 Aug Keeping Your Vision Alive
All churches go through life cycles. Maybe you’ve never given that much thought, but as with anything else, the older it gets, the farther away from its roots it will be. When a church is planted, its mission and vision are strong and everyone in attendance is on board with them. However, as time goes by, the vision may fade as new people come to the church and are not informed of the vision. It may get lost in programs and ministries that the church has launched along the way. The key to keeping your church effective is to always be reminding your people of the vision of the church. Don’t let a significant amount of time go by without refreshing everyone’s memory of why your church exists.
