How does billing or payment work?
Ministry Library memberships are available on a monthly, yearly or 2 year subscriptions. There is a discounts if you choose yearly or 2 year subscriptions.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime by clicking on the “My Account” page. Once your membership is cancelled all subscription payments will stop but you will have access to the members area for the duration of your membership. All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you are on a yearly or 2 year plan and forget to cancel your subscription, simply let us know within the first 14 days after being billed and we will reverse the transaction. All yearly or 2 year plans will renew exactly one year or two years from the first bill date.
