12 Nov You Need to Look Outward

Many times churches will consider only those who are currently attending when making adjustments to anything- their worship, programs, etc. However, this is the opposite of what should be taking place. What should be happening is that churches should consider those people that are not yet attending and put themselves in their place. What would make them want to come check out your church? What demographics are out there? Can I implement a new style of worship or offer a program that meets a need and will help grow disciples? Don’t only think about how your current members will be affected, eternity is at stake for those that don’t yet attend.
