You are freed up on time so that you can work on introducing new ideas implementing the best ones. Your curriculum also then becomes universal to your ministries and only needs to be altered slightly to adjust to the age differences of your classes. With the extra time you save, you are able to become more creative and provide better quality lessons that have a great impact.
